Radfem Berlin organisiert monatliche Proteste gegen das Selbstbestimmungsgesetz in Deutschland, die jeweils am letzten Samstag des Monats um 13 Uhr am Brandenburger Tor stattfinden werden.
Gestern war der erste Tag der monatlichen Proteste. Wir wussten nicht genau, was passieren würde. Es war auch ein bisschen “holprig”, weil einige Frauen sich über die Zeit nicht im Klaren waren, andere Frauen erzählten uns, dass angeblich die Demonstration abgesagt worden war, was überhaupt nicht stimmte. Schließlich begannen die Frauen zu kommen, und es war gut zu wissen, dass es Frauen jeden Alters und unterschiedlicher Herkunft waren, wie immer bei den von uns organisierten Aktionen. Wir sprachen in zwei Sprachen und verlasen das Flugblatt “29 O” (29. Oktober) über die Folgen des Selbstbestimmungsgesetz.
Diesmal war es untypisch, erstens bedrohten uns die Transaktivisten und die Prostitutionslobby nicht tagelang wie bei den vorherigen Malen, zweitens war die Polizei zu Beginn der Demonstration auch nicht vor Ort, so dass wir uns entschieden, die Demonstration an dem Ort zu beginnen, den wir angemeldet hatten. Nach der Einleitung durch Radfem Berlin entschied sich eine Frau, über ihre Erfahrungen mit jemandem in ihrer Familie zu sprechen, der in den Transaktivismus verwickelt ist. Die Geschichte war sehr ehrlich und real, die Frau hielt eine sehr kraftvolle Rede und erhielt Applaus, nicht nur von den Feministinnen, sondern auch von den Passanten. Die Rekrutierung von Minderjährigen durch “peer-pressure”, die patriarchalische und kapitalistische Maschinerie ist eine Gefahr für die Mütter, weil sie nur wenige Mittel haben, um die Verstümmelung und Medikalisierung ihrer Töchter und Söhne zu stoppen.
Wenige Sekunden nachdem sie ihre Rede beendet hatte, kamen drei Polizisten auf uns zu und wollten die Flugblätter sehen. Sie lasen sie und fragten nach den gesetzlichen Anforderungen, d.h. dass die Flugblätter ein Impressum haben müssen und wer für das Schreiben dieser Dinge verantwortlich ist. Sie versuchten zu unterstellen, dass es kein Impressum gäbe, aber in Wirklichkeit gab es eins. Als sie das Impressum gefunden hatten, sagten sie uns, dass wir umziehen sollten, da wir sehr nah an den anderen Demonstrationen waren, ohne auch nur zu erwähnen, dass sich jemand besonders beschwert hatte. Der Umgang mit der Polizei war etwas feindselig, sie überprüften die Angaben auf dem Impressum und gingen wieder.
Danach mussten wir an die Seite gehen, wo wir bis zum Ende blieben. Dort äußerten sich mehrere Frauen frei über die Gefahren und Folgen der Gender- und transaktivistischen Agenda in Deutschland und in der Welt.
Ein Teil der Demonstrantinnen und unserer Gruppe widmete sich der Information und der Beantwortung von Fragen derjenigen, die nicht wussten, was vor sich ging und was dieses Gesetz bedeutete. Natürlich ist ein großer Teil der Bevölkerung immer noch nicht über die Gefahren dieses Gesetzes informiert, das die rechtliche Kategorie “Frau”, für die der Feminismus in den letzten 300 Jahren gekämpft hat, völlig auslöscht: Wir sind kein Eigentum der Männer, wir sind keine Dekoration, wir sind keine Gebärmaschinen, die das von Männern erdachte und geschaffene System aufrechterhalten. Wir sind Frauen, wir sind die Schöpferinnen und wir sagen Nein zu den frauenfeindlichen Systemen der Männer, wir sagen Nein zum patriarchalen Gaslighting.
Was gestern passiert ist, war sehr bezeichnend, denn wir wurden von den Passanten nicht angegriffen, im Gegenteil, wir erhielten Unterstützung und interessierte Frauen, viele nahmen unsere Flugblätter und dankten uns für das, was wir taten. Alle Leute, die unsere Flugblätter und Postkarten mitnahmen, zeigten Interesse.
Wir waren Frauen unterschiedlichen Alters, Aktivistinnen und Frauen, die sich für die Rechte der Frauen einsetzen. Wir möchten uns bei allen Frauen bedanken, die gestern gekommen sind, trotz aller Widerstände, trotz allem, was es bedeutet, Frau zu sein und sich für alle zu exponieren. Wir danken euch für euer Engagement und hoffen, dass wir euch bei den nächsten Aktionen wiedersehen!

Monthly protests against the patriarchal advance of transactivism and gender activism in German laws
Radfem Berlin is organising monthly protests against the self-identification law in Germany, which will be on the last Saturday of every month at the Brandenburger Tor at 13hs.
Yesterday was the first day of the monthly protests organised by Radfem Berlin. We didn’t quite know what was going to happen. It was a bit “bumpy” also because some women got confused about the time, other women told us that it was said that the demonstration had been cancelled, which was not true at all. Finally the women started to come and it was good to know that there were women of all ages and from different backgrounds as always in the actions we organise. We spoke in two languages and read the flyer “29 O” (29th of October) about the consequences of the self-idenfication law.
This time it was atypical, first the transactivists and the prostitution lobby did not threaten us for days like the previous times, the police were not on the spot at the beginning of the demonstration either, so we decided to start the demonstration at the place we had registered. After the introduction by Radfem Berlin, a woman decided to talk about her experience with someone in her family being caught up in transactivism. The story was very honest and real, the woman gave a very powerful speech and received applause not only from the feminists but also from the people who passed by. The recruitment of minors through “peer-pressure”, the patriarchal and capitalist machinery is a danger for mothers because it leaves them with few tools to stop the mutilation and medicalisation of their daughters and sons.
A few seconds after she finished her speech, three policemen came up to us and asked to see the flyers. They read them and asked for the requirements by law, i.e. that the flyers have an Impressum and the responsible for writing these things. They tried to suggest that there was no Impressum but in fact there was. When they found the impressum, they told us that we should move, as we were very close to the other demonstrations, without even specifying that anyone in particular had complained. The treatment with the police was a bit hostile, they checked the information on the impressum and left.
After this we had to move to the side, where we remained until the end. There, several women freely expressed their ideas about the dangers and consequences of the gender and transactivist agenda in Germany and the world.
A part of the demonstrators and our group was dedicated to informing and answering questions to those who did not know what was going on and what this law meant. Naturally a large percentage of the population is still uninformed about the dangers of this legislation that completely erases the legal category of “woman” for which feminism fought for the last 300 years: we are not men’s property, we are not an ornament, we are not birthing machines that maintain the system thought and made by men. We are women, we are the creators and we say no to men’s misogynist systems, we say no to patriarchal gaslighting.
What happened yesterday was very significant because we did not receive any attacks from those who passed by but on the contrary we received support and interested women, many took our flyers and thanked us for what we were doing. All the people who took our flyers and postcards showed interest.
We were women of different ages, activists and women committed to women’s rights. We want to thank all the women who came yesterday, despite the backlash, despite all that it means to be women and to expose ourselves for everyone. Thank you for your commitment and we hope to see you at the next ones!

Las protestas mensuales contra el avance patriarcal del transactivismo y el generismo en leyes en Alemania
Radfem Berlin está organizando protestas todos los meses, que serán los últimos sábados de cada mes en la Brandenburger Tor a las 13hs contra la ley de autoidentificación en Alemania.
Ayer fue el primer día de las protestas mensuales organizadas por Radfem Berlin. No sabíamos bien qué iba a suceder. Fue un poco “accidentada” también porque algunas mujeres se confundieron de horario, otras mujeres nos dijeron que se había dicho que la manifestación se había cancelado, cosa que no fue en ningún momento cierta. Finalmente las mujeres empezaron a venir y fue bueno saber que había mujeres de todas edades y de diferentes backgrounds como siempre en las acciones que organizamos. Se habló en ambos idiomas y se leyó el flyer “29 O” (29 de octubre) sobre las consecuencias de la ley de autoidenficación.
Esta vez fue atípico, primero los transactivistas y el lobby de la prostitución no nos amenazaron por días como las veces anteriores, la policía no estuvo en el lugar al empezar la manifestación tampoco, entonces decidimos empezarla en el lugar que habíamos registrado. Luego de la introducción por parte de Radfem Berlin, una mujer decidió hablar de su experiencia con alguien en su familia captada por el transactivismo. El relato fue muy honesto y real, la mujer dio un discurso muy contundente y recibió los aplausos no solo de las feministas sino de las personas que pasaron por el lugar. La captación de menores mediante la “peer-pressure”, la maquinaria patriarcal y capitalista es un peligro para las madres porque las deja con pocas herramientas para poder frenar la mutilación, medicalización de sus hijas e hijos.
A los pocos segundos de terminado su discurso, tres policías se acercaron y nos pidieron ver los flyers. Los leyeron y pidieron los requisitos por ley, es decir que los flyers lleven a un Impressum y a la responsable de escribir estas cosas. Intentaron sugerir que no había Impressum pero de hecho sí lo había. Cuando encontraron el impressum, nos dijeron que debíamos movernos, ya que estábamos muy cerca de las otras manifestaciones, sin siquiera especificar que alguien en particular se había quejado. El trato con la policía fue un poco hostil, comprobaron la información del impressum y se fueron.
Luego de esto tuvimos que movernos a un costado, donde permanecimos hasta el final. Allí varias mujeres expresaron libremente sus ideas sobre los peligros y consecuencias de la agenda generista y transactivista en Alemania y en el mundo.
Una parte de las manifestantes y de nuestro grupo se dedicó a informar y responder dudas a quienes no sabían lo que estaba pasando y qué significaba esta ley. Naturalmente un gran porcentaje de la población sigue sin estar informada sobre los peligros de esta legislación que borra por completo la categoría legal de “mujer” por la que el feminismo luchó los últimos 300 años: no somos propiedades de los hombres, no somos un adorno, no somos máquinas de parir que mantienen el sistema pensado y hecho por hombres. Somos mujeres, somos las creadoras y decimos que no a los sistemas de misóginos de los hombres, decimos que no al gaslighting patriarcal.
Fuimos mujeres de diversas edades, activistas y mujeres comprometidas por los derechos de las mujeres. Queremos dar las gracias a todas las mujeres que vinieron ayer, a pesar del backlash, de todo lo que significa ser mujeres y exponernos por todas. Gracias por el compromiso y esperamos seguir viéndolas en las próximas!
